If you are really not satisfied with you canopy (or any other product), we will issue you a refund.
We really strive to provide you the best quality and stand by our work.
To enforce fairness, we do need to hear back from you 24 hours after receiving your item to claim your refund. (We track your shipment for safe delivery)
Please send us a picture of the default upon receiving your Canopy and or other items. Email to: [email protected] and reference your Order #.
We want to avoid usage and return.
We hope you understand this policy.
Warranty & Returns
Frame:
We will replace your frame if it arrives damaged.
We require you to notify us via email: [email protected] with the damage along with pictures clearly showing the damage.
We do not claim responsibility for damage caused by weather conditions.
We expect all customers to take precaution for windy & rainy weather conditions.
Weights are highly recommended.
We will always work with you to find a solution to any problem you may be having with your frame.
Printed Fabric:
Before signing off your rendering (mock up) we will provide you with all color codes. We will do our utmost best to realize 100% of your desired design.
It may happen that you are not happy with the outcome. Please contact us and we will gladly work out a solution for you. Whether we refund or redo the print.
Again, our goal is to gain your trust and be your solution for any signage solutions requiring digital printing.
Shipping:
Once we ship out your order through a 3rd party courier (UPS or Fed-ex), the items are out of our control.
It may happen that due to reasons beyond our control you package may experience a delay. We do gladly work with our Reps at UPS and Fed-ex to make sure your packages are delivered in a timely manner.
We have printed and shipped more than 3000 Canopies since 2016.
